What we collect

When you create an account or fill a form we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and country (some are optional), your password in scrambled form, and the message or interest you give us. When you buy we keep your payment reference and what you bought. When you read or learn online we keep your progress, such as the page you reached and lessons completed. We also keep technical details such as the page you came from and which price region you see.

Why we use it

To give you the products you paid for, to answer you, to run the shop and keep it secure, and, if you agree, to send you news, offers and new lessons by email, phone or WhatsApp. You can say no to marketing when you sign up and change it any time in My account or by writing to us.

Who sees it

Only the site owner and the services that run the site for us (our server, payment providers such as Razorpay or PayPal when used, and an email provider when we send emails). We do not sell your data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and product links go to Amazon, which have their own policies.

Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in, and a small cookie or browser storage to remember your price region. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account or our business relationship lasts, and as long as the law requires for payment records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing, by writing to hello@bhagirathbasnet.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Security

Passwords are stored in scrambled form, pages are sent over an encrypted connection, and the online reader sends pages only to signed-in owners. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password.

Children

The shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy for you.
